HD Quality Video and Graphics Support to be Brought to Entourage Edge By Marvell’s Armada Chip
It was a known fact that a powerful Marvell chip was already in the hands of Spring Design’s Alex. But finally the shroud has been removed, which covered the super powerful chip that is within Entourage’s Edge.
The world’s first “Dualbook” will be driven by the processor Armada PXA168. It will guide the product through the troubled waters which will be created when customers get their hands on it. There is confusion about whether the software will support the huge list of capabilities it boasts of. The chip however should not have any problems with fully featured web browsing and multi format video and image processing.
Also the it is being specially mentioned that HD-quality video and 3D graphics will be supported. This may give some quality applications in the future like actual net surfing on an e-reader. The fully functioning version of this highly anticipated product will hit the shelves in the early part of 2010.
